- if the risk is insignificant, there is a low chance of adverse reactions;
- if it is low, the risk is reduced, however additional precautions may be necessary;
- if it is moderate, there is a significant risk and adjusting doses or careful monitoring is required;
- if it is high, there is a major risk of serious complications.
